  1. Review what the social media community is talking about...
  2. Respond to the comments, posts and other chatter about the company with accurate information and our initiatives...
  3. Record short video vignettes that respond to the conversation with "purposeful entertainment"...
  4. Redirect online community members to the videos and other social media content...
